Puerto Rico show June 8th.

i heard a lot of criticism and it was just that. That they played to many new songs, it's like, duh!! Of course they're gonna play a lot of songs from it. But I also do understand that the show was billed wrong, it said, come and enjoy a night filled with the hits you've loved for so many years!! And then it had every ****ing single released to radio from runaway to make a memory. yeah!! people were actually expecting Bon Jovi to belt out a version of "Como yo nadie te ha amado".

Also, people here are ridiculously nostalgic, all they wanted to hear were the 80's hits, the 90's ballads and It's my life. A couple of people in front of me were talking before the show about how jon usually flies across the arena on the show
The show was fine, it suffered a great deal because of Richie not being there, set list wise, it was the same thing they would have given us had Richie been there.

I guess that is what happens when they don't visit a place for 20 years. The expectations are a bit out of whack. I'm sure a lot of the folks there were not avid fans so they don't realize that Bon Jovi doesn't tour without new material to support. And no doubt, the show wasn't the same without Richie which was very unfortunate but you are right, the complaints about the set list would have remained even with Richie.
