I wonder if for a long time they thought the same was true of Shari and Julia.... because to me these "fans" who come up with these banners just seem like a mob of bitchy women who are upset because they are about 10 inches more than usual off centre in the front row
if people like that are at Hyde Park i'm going to sort them out (with help i hope)
to me banners like that are disrespectful for the crew who do work very hard to put the shows on, to help the fans and to make sure everything runs smoothly, the band themselves since as a musician wouldn't you rather have a banner about your music rather than fans bitching around and potentially saying you've screwed them over tickets (and agencies), and of course to the real fans who don't do things like that anyway!

I was just reading that post over at BWJBJ, and i agree with you 200% that's just shocking! I hope the people who make those banners get kicked out of the show but not before they see the people they made the banners about not only get front row centre but get on stage and dance with Jon ect ect.....all the things that would really make them pi$$ed!!!
