Question about Detroit concert

When I was looking at Ticketmaster since tickets go on sale tomorrow, and I saw Chicago, but not Detroit. Is the concert cancelled? Because I would think that Detroit would go on sale the same day that later concerts go on sale.

It has to do with promoters and venues.
