Default Question about the acoustic format

I was hoping someone might be able to answer how the acoustic set up is done.

I wasn't overly ecstatic about seeing Unplugged at first, but I'll be at Giants both nights, so I'll deal with it.

Is it just Jon and Richie on stage for the acoustic portion, or is it the whole band?

I think the whole band is onstage, I'm not sure though.

But they're not doing acoustic at Giants.

Yeah - I know they're not doing acoustic at Giants (Thank god).

I just meant that I'll deal with it at Hartford, since I'll get 2 electric shows at Giants.

Hey - It's something different.

Honestly, if they're going to do something different, just mix up the set lists. That's all people want.

They don't have to be this radical. I don't think they're doing this for the fans anways. They're promoting the acoustic CD, and taking a breather from putting on a full electric show.

Nowhere stands that Giants will be acoustic and I personally don't think so. The venue is too big and doesn't fit to a full acoustic set. I will be at Hartfort too and think the venue fits very good to an acoustic set and I'm glad that they do it there, too.

To answer your question, the complete band is on the stage.

Yeah I agree. It's hard to please the all masses, all the time, so why can't ppl just be happy they get to see the show? I'll take an acoustic show(which I'd love to see, but unfortunately couldn't attend one of those shows) or an electric show any day. They both rock!

First it was complaining about setlists. Now it's the acoustic/electric debate. Cripes! Just think of the comments that will be said when the tour is over and Jovi won't be on the road...

I'd like to hear your opinion on these shows once you've seen them...

Oh, that's not a problem.
Then the complaints will come that they're lazy.
They're not putting an album out fast enough.
They should have toured longer.
The new album sucks. We know better than the band how to run their career
Blah, blah, blah... it goes on and on.
Don't you worry. This site will find more than enough things to criticize and complain about. It's their forte.
