(cue me on the big screen) JBJ: "How good have you been? Oh My God!" (laughs, more teasing) JBJ: "You want it huh, you want it huh? Blood on Blood just for you, the good girl in the front row? The all request hour, the girl in the front row has just asked for Blood on Blood, ok, Merry Christmas young lady!" Amazing <3

It just reforces the image of 6 guys playing for Jon.........that's it........you put 2 (excluding Hugh) contract players in the same level of the band formers, it seems like Jon could replace any of them any time cause they're all just contract musicians....

ALL of them are contract players in the End. All official, unofficial and guest musicians are employers of JBJ.

I agree with Javier. Who cares what stands in their contract, all of them played the concert and made it to what it was. No matter what business relation they have to Jon.

I for myself would find it strange if Bobbie and Jeff would get left out from the bows. They are as much a part of the show as the other guys on stage.

Maybe I'm the only one who thinks that this Bob/Jeff thing is at least "a little" strange..... it just doesn't sound like a band...

Both of them are in a band of their own called Southside Johnny and The Ashbury Jukes, so I don't understand what doesn't sound like a band thing is all about.

I do get that there are a lot of Purists out here who don't want what made the band be left out or messed with, but in all honesty, It's pretty obvious that the best reason they're there is to provide backing vocals, and since Richie and Dave are helping Jon out on the high parts it's only fitting.
It's also really nice to hear Bad Name with 2 guitars in it, I like the rythm guitar providing power chords while Richie plays the Intro/Riff.
And they're both from one of Jon's favorite bands so I guess he's getting a kick out of it aswell.

It IS all about Jon. Let's face it, it's Jons band. Sambo said it best, they're all paid employees of his. He calls most of the shots.
