Default Refunds for this leg

I've posted inquires about supposedly being able to get refunds for this leg in other threads, but the Richie vs. Jon and Europeans vs. Americans discussions are a higher priority for most people.

I called Ticketmaster yesterday and today. All they can tell me is they haven't heard anything from the promoter or the venues affected by Richie's absence. Has anyone else made inquires and, if so, what have you been told? I'd just really like to know whether the option for a refund is the real deal or not. Thanks in advance to anyone who may have more info.

I called ticketmaster yesterday and was told the same thing. They said they would send out an email as soon as they heard anything, so I'm just waiting I guess.

Don't think you will be getting that email. Hope you will though if you really don't want to go. Although, it will be the show you was going to get anyway, just with Phil X, so unless you were only going to see Sambora I would advise sucking it up and making the most of it.

Thanks for the response. A waiting game it is.

To the others that posted, let me make it perfectly CLEAR....I AM NOT complaining. I'm merely inquiring about the status of an option that was offered to us. There's enough arguing on other threads. That's not what this thread was meant to be.

The thing is, tour resumes tomorrow. Every day they're not informed is another gig that people can't get refunds.

**** off panda you serve no purpose on this thread or board. All you do is whine, bash, and bit**. No one was complaining. They were asking a simple question about something that was provided by the band. People go to see the band as a whole even if you don't think so, and they aren't getting the same show they would have otherwise. I still plan to go to my show, but I never would of paid for pit seats knowing it would be minus Richie. So personally I would rather get some cash back and a little worse of a seat.

Don't apologize queen, you did nothing wrong. Some people are just too full of themselves and need a huge reality check.

I'm strongly considering doing this for Iowa. With static sets and no Richie, I'm fine with only going to St. Paul and not spending $200+ on my good ticket plus gas and the 3.5 hour car ride. However, the website is still showing that I can't do it as well. It seems weird that they said that they would offer refunds when it seems like none of us have been able to. I'll probably try calling the venue sometime next week.

Just another reason for me to be mad at this band.

I am in same boat. I have front row VIP for St Paul. I want to downgrade my tickets. Fan club ticket agency does not have info on issuing a refund. They told me they are working on figuring it out.
