BUT, the girl I originally spoke to told me that they weren't offering refunds. I then asked to speak to her supervisor who informed me that "SeeTickets have been instructed by the promoters, AEG Live, not to hand out any refunds". If they say that, call them out on it - it's a LIE. I went over their head and straight to AEG Live to see whether what SeeTickets had told me was true - it's not. I then rang them back up and gave them both barrels and they agreed to a refund. In short - don't stand for any shit and don't piss around with emails, it'll take too long.
