They were asking a simple question about something that was provided by the band. People go to see the band as a whole even if you don't think so, and they aren't getting the same show they would have otherwise. I still plan to go to my show, but I never would of paid for pit seats knowing it would be minus Richie. So personally I would rather get some cash back and a little worse of a seat.
