I absolutely ADORE that song with a capital A. The lyrics, melody, atmosphere it creates...all top for me!! Listen to it constantly!!

In all honestly, rotating in a few of the TLFR versions wouldn't be horrible for me. But, I wouldn't want them every show and no way can they be done for a stadium show.

And don't get me wrong, I love the Jovi acoustics. I like the Acoustic Born To Be My Baby and Wanted Dead or Alive, I love Diamond Ring, I love You Had Me From Hello and Open All Night. But the three acoustic songs of Stand Up Guys/WAN are just... not good.

I can't believe that you say that This Left Feels Right is bad but like this? TLFR has emotion too, and I believe that they believed in those new versions, and they wanted to do that when they did it.

It's My Life, Always and even Born To Be My Baby of TLFR have far more emotion than The Fighter, Not Running Anymore and Old Habits Die Hard.
I think TLFR was awesome as an experiment. Some songs worked pretty well others not so well (Everyday? why was that on there? There is already a good acoustic version on the Target CD) It would be cool if they threw one in from time to time into the set. Don't hold your breath though. Jon said that the fans hated those songs and they all fell flat live (which they did usually).

What they should bring back is that version of Blaze of Glory they did on the HAND Tour. That was awesome.

Agree, the TLFR version of Everyday is... not good, and nothing compared to the Target version. But, though I don't like most of the songs in that album, I appreciate it because was the last time this band had the balls to try something different.

Yes, more than one is an horrible idea, and no way they could play it every night. But I don't think they're that different (in style) of Amen or Hallelujah, and yet they play those almost every night. I was thinking that, as Jon can't pull out It's My Life like he did, it would be nice to swap Amen for the TLFR once or twice and add, I don't know, another WAN song like Beautiful World where IML should go. Or maybe bring back a song like Everyday or Wild In The Streets?

It's going to pop out in Europe, you can be sure of that. Still, I'd love to hear the HAND Tour version of it, it's great!

The only TLFR version of any song I liked was Blaze of Glory when it was played live in 2005. That being said, I would NEVER choose that version over the regular version of the song.

TLFR sucks live, as does The Fighter, Not Running Anymore and Old Habits. In the record they are great, and some songs from TLFR too. And about Room At The End of The World, and Pictures of You, yeah, they may have some feeling in it, deep under those awful effects, along with the two bonus songs. But neither have been played live.

Hope they get played, though. Pictures of You could be a great In These Arms replacement, and Room At The End Of The World isn't that terrible, I'd be an interesting Memory replacement.

As What's Left Of Me could be a good Whole Lot of Leavin' replacement, and What About Now could replace We Weren't Born to Follow. But we will probably never know.
