I don't think the decline in his vocals is the problem, his attitude is. Unlike Jon, he doesn't seem to have "lost" his voice (compared to 2012). However, he just doesn't care. The band sounds like a mess, whenever he tries to speak in between songs, he sounds like a hobo. If he took things seriously, he would probably at least try to memorize the lyrics and warm up his voice and sound better. But now he's more busy drinking of his tits in between shows.
