Nope this is without handling fee - lidmaatschap means membership. You need to buy a membership of the Melkweg. So this would be ticket + handling fee + lidmaatschap fee.

Backstage with Sambuca, free drinks included in the 200E ticket price. I think it'll sell out, Paradiso is just as big.

And no, the membership is not the handling fee. In order to be able to visit several venues in Holland you need to be a member, they do this to encourage you to come check out new bands more often. It'll be something like 35E + 3,50 membership + 4E service fee.

But if you're a member of Backstage with Sambuca you'll get a free key chain.

Hopefully the rest of the dates will be announced soon. I hope there are some German gigs the same week, as I have holidays that week .

I do wonder though, this membership of €3,50 is a one month membership. So if I were to buy this together with the ticket this week, would I have to get a two month membership? (because the concert is more than 1 month away)

Does somebody have any Melkweg-experience with this?

No, if you buy one together with the ticket it'll be valid on the day of the show, you'll be buying a membership for that specific month.
