This is mindblowing.

Playing Rosie like that a few days ago was one thing - he was simply improvising a fan request which happened to be a song he doesn't play. Nothing wrong with that, nice improv.

But here in Berlin he presents this song as a part of the show, he obviously knew he was going to play it, yet he still did the same terrible version! Wasn't there a picture of him and the band soundchecking prior to that show? Couldn't they figure out a band version of the song that isn't a disgrace for people who paid for the ticket?

Sad to see I remembered that Berlin two years ago was way better in terms of his shape/performance, but that it has gotten this worse I didn't realize while I was there yesterday. Even before he quit the tour last year, he really seemed sober, fit, and on top of his game. Now he's just a bloated, drunk shadow of his former self, like in 2006

"I" wonder if Hi vacation was for Ava, mend a fence with Heather for the Oz article saying 7 years was about his F&%^ing X and to make the 29 year old jealous? She did hit twitter when the pics came out with her Karma is a Bitch and stop dragging my heart around .... bad as Nikki just more subtle.

As to his drinking, Orianthi posts a lot of pictures so I think she likes her nip a bit too. Luke is on his payroll. Ava, probably upset but doubt she has any say so, don't buy this entire Dad of the year.

The legacy is in a shambles.... but they don't see it as such. Still have a lot of blinders on fans, so no reason to improve. It's not like they read Jovitalk.

I know it's a free country, but I'd wish people would stop talking about Sambora's drinking habits when we haven't got a foggiest actually whether he is or not and how much etc etc. He's never been a good orator and often not put brain into gear before opening his mouth, but to keep on blaming it on the fact that he's drunk or off his face is getting boring, isn't it? He could be tired, bored, unmotivated, burnt out, unhappy, lazy (we know he doesn't really rehearse) or couldn't give a monkey's chuff, but nobody knows if he's even touching the pop....

I wish that we'd talk more about the music without resorting to becoming agony aunts!

Now I patiently await the flaming - if not then, I'm positively surprised

No flaming, but were you there at a show this last few days? If it's not alcohol, then I don't know what it is. You cannot even understand him, his singing sounds like he is drunk, he's grinning a lot and quite strange, he's bloated, and so on. I've seen him often enough, with or without the band, to know that he's not alright.

Of course I don't know if or how much he's drinking, and I had a good time at the show nevertheless, but it's definitely noticeable...

Listen to his "speech". How can one watch this and not think he's drinking?

And again, I'm not expecting "in his prime" Richie to come back, but the Richie of 2012 didn't look or sound anything like that.
