I just about feel human enough to give a few more fleshed out views.
The positives:
The band sounded tight and covered up for the odd Richie f*ck up. The drummer was a particular delight, his mannerisms and playing really added to the all round fun factor of the show. Richie's voice sounded powerful and he seemed to thrive off improvising little bits here and there. The crowd were good, the singalongs sounded like 10,000 people not 1,000.
The negatives.
Richie was quite obviously drunk and seeing it in person is a little bit upsetting. I don't mind people being drunk, hell I was drunk but he was steaming drunk and knowing his issues just makes it quite sad. I'm not sure if that's why 90% of what he says is inaudible.
Richie made a little speech about U2 thinking it'd get a reaction but nobody cares because most of Ireland think U2 are shit.
The bass player and Luke Ebbin are dead weights. They might as well be behind a curtain. Orianthi adds little for me. She hasn't much stage presence and she needs to smile every once in a while.
The sound was a bit muddy in places.
As others have said, there's way too many AOTL songs which kill the show in places.
Overall I really enjoyed myself but the little niggles made it slightly less better than it could have been.
