Richie had a very serious problem, had officially divorced him while his father died of cancer.
Where was Jon's sensitivity to this issue?. he was more concerned with the promotion of the album, that with his right hand. That disaster was a blow that Jon could easily have been avoided and what did not. Then I have to do in the documentary WWWB as Jon is the savior ... pathetic.

This is the most absurd post I have read in a while. Jon is to blame for Richie showing up completely destroyed to an MTV contracted performance that is taking place solely for filming purposes? Pick your battles, man. If you would just admit every now and then that Richie has royally screwed up on certain occasions, it would make you so much more credible. There are times when you have a valid argument, but because you defend stupid shit such as this, no one takes you seriously.
