There aren't many people in the know.

Ori has tweeted about vodka. Richie has been acting and playing as he has.

Some people think he may be, some people think he might not. It's a discussion board.

I personally think based on what I have to work with that he is partying hard. It is not even hard for me to believe in. That he managed to pull Ori in in it is harder to understand, but from what I can see that is what has happened.

Too bad.

Absolutely, I have no problems discussing the possibility of him drinking again but "richie had stated he wouldnt have a drink again ...looks like he didnt keep up to his word." isn't discussing it. To me it's making a decision based on you think and then saying he didn't keep his word based on what you (the original poster) decided.

I don't know what I think, I think it's bigger than booze.

It's either a martini or water with an olive in it. And since nobody ever drinks water with an olive in it, it would only be safe to assume he's drinking booze.....

Or a virgin martini. Or a virgin drink with an olive. Don't get me wrong, most signs point to booze but at the same time I know plenty of people who stopped drinking and drink non alcoholic behaviour to feel like they fit in with everyone else or still have the taste of the drink without the alcohol. I just feel icky steamrolling him based on this one.

EDIT: Ori just posted a pic of them at an airport restaurant. Richie has what I assume is a beer in front of him. My "dont talk crap unless you know for sure" argument dwindles every minute.

Too Many people at the shows in Europe that I know and on these boards sadly said he was "high". I even heard the "smells" of it again. No real fan wants it - she has posted drinking pics on ig back to the Cooper days and she's Not Stopping for him imo. This is the latest pic and you can make your own conclusions. I'm afraid he's in trouble again and has been for some time.

I thought I would add the pic here, because in the past things have been known to be deleted........ They are at Rock & Brews because in one place someone tagged Paul Stanley. BTW - Rock & Brews does not show a Non-alcoholic beer on the menu.

Alcohol must be one of the hardest addictions to give up. It is so readily available and we live in a culture where drinking is a social norm. It must be much worse for a rock musician in terms of being in an alcohol- or drug-infused environment. All alcoholics after a period of sobriety seem to think that they can control their drinking and they figure as long as they don't binge drink or have blackouts, they are "controlling" their drinking. I notice Richie often in photos -especially when he is with others- does not look alert or fully awake and I am worried that it is his drinking.

Everything I have seen of Richie in the last two years points to him being a drunk and/or druggie. I suppose most of us have been drunk or been around drunk people plenty of times, while some probably know about drugs from taking them or being around others.

Richie is either drugged up, medicated, or drunk in numerous situations I have seen him in over the last two years. I don't even think it's a guess, I think it is obvious unless he has something else wrong that makes him look and behave like a washed out druggy/alcoholic.

Defence of his guitar playing is off the charts nonesense too, he is all over the place. It's like trying to defend Jon as a good singer these days.

I think it's both actually. His state looks like antidepressant and alcohol mixed together. Clear as day to me.
