I already attended to the Tilburg show last week and will visit the Cologne concert as my second and final one of this tour.

Also: I got a friend who would go in case he finds a ticket for about 40 Euros. So, if there is anyone out there who has one for sale, here's a chance to get rid of it...

Thanks and let the show begin...
What did you think of Tilburg - and of course tonight?

Just got back home. My first impressions: It was an average show. The audience was bad if you compare it with Munich. Thats unusual for Cologne but Richie didn't really get the crowd in my opinion. I really enjoyed Learning how to fly which was kicking ass.

Yeah it wasn't that bad at all. It was comparable to the shows in 2012. Richie did ok this time.

I had excellent company with rock_forever .

The guy is a bumbling fool, like he's always been and you've made it very clear you think he's a drugged-up drunk - and all from watching YouTube or looking at pictures.

We get it, you don't like him and let's just say that from now on you think he's permanently pissed-up and save yourself the time of posting it on every single gig thread... I take it as read that Jon sings like crap at every gig he does but I can't tell it from a photo.

Hey, I will post a few words later as I have no time right now. Maybe even in the other thread...? I guess two are one too much.

All I can say for now: I prefered most of yesterdays night as a whole over Tilburg. I had a a really good time and can't say a lot of bad things.

The one thing that should tell us something: I had a friend of mine comming with me and he's by no means a Bon Jovi or Sambora fan. I once took him to a Bon Jovi show in 2006 and he really wasn't impressed. Yesterday, he chose to see the show alone somewhere with a little more space. So I didn't see him during the whole show. When we met again after the final song he came over with a BIG smile. He said he enjoyed the whole two hours with no exeption. He was impressed by the pure power of Samboras voice, the dynamic of the band with all its spontaneity and of course the guitar playing. As mentioned before, he is miles away from being anything like a fan boy, but he likes 'good' music and concerts and has never been a yeah sayer.
His naive question after the concert was: Why does this man play as a sideman within a band like Bon Jovi?

I couldn't have said it better myself! (Apart from the Jon's backside bit...)

This is like Deja-Vu. My friends reacted EXACTLY the same after the Shepherd's Bush gig in 2012. Exactly the same, down to your last sentence!
