Everything about this is dreadful. The song, the sound, the band, the crowd, the vocals.

A world away from what I watched earlier with the TD and 7YG performances from the other night. Richie is a real mixed bag at the moment.

You have to remember Richie being on the bill at soundwave was a bit odd, it was more of a heavy rock/metal festival so most of the crowd couldn't care less about him. In saying that Richie did struggle to begin with but as the set went on there were some good moments. I guess what is difficult for most to comprehend is Richie in the early to mid 90's was flawless, his playing was second to non and his voice was awesome nowadays well i'm not sure what has happened but i am still very excited to see how he goes at his own gig on the 26th

It really is a mixed bag, some of these performances are horrid, but others are awesome!! That said, he's doing exactly what I wanted him to do as a solo artist (promotionaly speaking) which is to go and play these festivals and win the crowd over instead of trying to headline on his own (even if he's also doing that)...

Although the sound of the video sucks, I think this sounds decent. Did he do an extended guitar solo on this song during the European leg?
