...Sorry we crashed your server, Iridium folks! So, here's the key info.
RICHIE SAMBORA has announced three shows in NYC. All...at
THE IRIDIUM in New York City to honor the 99th birthday of Les Paul. All three performances are tied into the FRONT AND CENTER Public Television series; RICHIE will be taping an episode to run this fall.
The TUESDAY, JULY 22 show goes on sale tomorrow morning, JUNE 12 at 10:00am EST exclusively through TICKETWEB. In order to ensure that SAMBORA fans had best access to tickets, you must use the CODE that was Tweeted by RICHIE. First come, first served. When the tickets are gone, they're gone.
If you're lucky enough to get tickets to the JULY 22 show, you'll have a previous of what the tapings will entail. Bonus: you'll be able to bring cameras and take photos like you would a regular show.
There are two (2) shows RICHIE is doing on
WEDNESDAY, JULY 23: An early show (at 8:30pm) and a late show (after 10:00pm). These are both being taped for FRONT AND CENTER. Tickets to these shows are open to the public and go on sale via TICKETWEB at 10:00am Friday morning, JUNE 13. No code is necessary. For these tapings, please note you may not take any photos.
There will be a commemorative t-shirt available and poster for sale. All proceeds will go to the LES PAUL FOUNDATION.
The Iridium is small. Really intimate. And it's set up like a cabaret (long tables)...More tickets are available to the July 22 show; fewer tickets are available to each of the shows on July 23 doing to the space that TV cameras will take up. The seats furthest in the back are priced at $85.00 each. The majority of seats are priced at $105.
For this event,
there are a limited number of VIP SEATS for $215.00 each. The VIP Package includes a seat down in front right by the lip of the stage. Each ticket also includes a commemorative poster (the same that is for sale) signed by Richie Sambora. And, each VIP ticket also includes a MEET & GREET with RICHIE (photos are welcome.)
For the VIP Packages on July 22, the Meet & Greet would take place AFTER the concert. On July 23, the Meet & Greets for the EARLY show will take place BEFORE the performance. The Meet & Greets for the LATE show will take place AFTER the performance. (This helps the production crew doing the taping and moving the first crowd out while moving the next audience in.)
This is the best up-to-date info we have for you now. Good luck tomorrow morning...We know many more people will want to come to the shows than the club can accommodate... but we know that we'll be able to share it come autumn with the FRONT & CENTER TV Special.
Merchandise sales will be donated to the
Les Paul Foundation. Visit
RichieSambora.com for additional info. Thanks for being so passionate (you crashed a server!) and patient.
