Sure, he loves playing live, that's why he toured in 1998 even though he lost money. But he deleted the second part of his tour that was originally planned back then because of this. He originally wanted to come back in fall of 1998. The venue in Munich was already booked and TPP took pre-orders of tickets.

There were more problems then just the tour, he had troubles with the record company as well if I remember correct...?

Yes. They didn't support him at all. The opposite was the case. The record company gave him a date the same night of a concert. That's why he only could play 1 1/2 hours in Nürnberg. He was very angry about this.
