As much as I like the song, I'm glad he didn't, because aside from I'll Be There For You (and perhaps Wanted), I just don't like Richie's renditions of Bon Jovi songs...

I figured it out. You are all so spoiled by these picture perfect staged Bon Jovi shows, you really don't get what Richie is doing.

Richie is in a jam band just letting it all out and having fun. He's not really promoting anything just yet.

Rock n Roll doesn't have to be perfect.

Performances aren't perfect and The Distance was horrible but it hit me with the Rosie improv... It's just a fun and rockin show. No rules or scripts, just straight up rock. I believe you have to be there to appreciate it too.
