No I don't think we can blame only the arenas for these ridiculous prices. When Bruce plays MSG or whatever arena his prices are way below Jovi's prices. I believe it's a combination of TM (who also are responsible for upting the prices) together with the artist's management AND the price of the arena that sets the prices, and, as someone else said, as long as people are paying these prices they will continue.
