So to me, as a northwest fan, hearing anything live from the albums past that was a first. Sure, I watch their concert videos and live vicariously through the fans in the audience, but it doesn't compare to actually being there and experiencing it firsthand. And hearing a few of the "classics" really took me back "in a time, in a place, in a world, they forgot...." For those of us fans who have been concert deprived because of the lack of opportunity or ability to travel, I don't think we have anything to complain about. Fans that go to multiple shows each tour, I can see where you might tire of all these songs, but consider that not everyone in that audience has had the same opportunities. I am extremely thankful for what we got and I hope that we showed them that we are worthy of a stop on the next tour. I'd hate to wait another 14 years.

As we've said before on this board though, Bon Jovi don't improvise within the songs. If you've heard Bad Name played once, you've heard it, it won't be different the next night.... Jon will sing the vocal parts the same, Richie's solo and fills will be the same.... That's not a critisism, but Bon Jovi's improvisation, their excitement came from the veriety or rather unexpected nature of the set list.... For me, if Bon Jovi don't vary things, then they loose what makes them an excitting live band.
Also, I'm sure you'd have been just as happy if the band had have mixed it up right? So if they were to have included a few raraties, and changed things a bit, you and other fans like you wouldn't have had a problem.... If they change it they're going to upset nobody, but please a big chunk of the fans.
