Default Set lists for 2003

It's been awhile since I've been on here, but I'm glad to be back! For those of you that don't know, I'm an avid Bon Jovi fan for many years...dating back to the 80's. So, I want to make that clear before I post, because I wouldn't want someone to think I'm finding fault.

Having said that, I've noticed that the past bunch of shows on the Bounce tour have basically had the same set list. Now, that's not necessarily a bad thing. However, I think it's been brought up by numerous people about "Shout" and "Twist and Shout." Yes, these can be fun tunes...but for how many times? Instead, how about featuring a couple off of "These Days?" I was glad to see that finally performed a tune ("Damned") from this album in Toronto. There's so many on this album to choose from. Personally, my fav. is "These Days" and "Hey, God."

Also, in Japan, I was glad to see them performing "I Believe" and "Wild is the Wind." However, when they got to the US, instead it was back to the old "I'll Sleep When I'm Dead" and "Someday, I'll be Saturday Night." Again, these tune are ok, in moderation, but just mix it up a bit more.

I'm sorry if this seems like I'm finding fault, because I'm not. It's just a band of Bon Jovi's calibre has so many awesome songs, that they could mix up the set list nightly. In fact, if I had one thing they'd take to heart, it would be to drop an opening act, and just add another 45 minutes of Bon Jovi. This would be a great way to feature tunes of yesteryear.

BTW...I'll be seeing them in Albany on March 3rd from the floor, 16th row. I'm very excited about this!!! Last time there, David's organ broke (so to speak) and they didn't play "Lay Your Hands on Me." But, they did do an intense acoustic version of "Never Say Goodbye." That was a surprise. A few more surprises of classics would be great! Rock on!
