Yeah, Giants is starting at 6. Is that because there might be more than one opening act?
Foxboro starts at 6:00 and only Sheryl Crow is the opening act. I hope they'll play longer sets.

Ahhh..you may be right. I was hoping The Boss might show up, like Jon and Richie did for him.

But the acoustic still seems to be very bad. I have the recordings of Amsterdam 2001 and it sounds like in a big church or something with a lot of resounds if you know what I mean.

You're absolutely right!! They only realised the acoustic problem after it was built. I saw Tina Turner there in 96, just after it was built with the roof open, it was terrible. Sometimes you couldn't even hear her or the music. Since then they have had to close the roof to improve the sound somewhat. It definitely isn't a good concert venue in Holland, but I like it.. I only work 2 mins from the stadium, so very easy.

In Chicago in March, they came on stage at 8:50pm and went off around 11:35pm. It was a longer show, they played around 30 songs. I don't know if the United Center has a curfew, but if they did, it would probably be around midnight, as the UC is downtown. The Chicago 3/1 concert was the longest of this leg of the tour, but that could have been because it was Jon's birthday celebration and things went off a bit. Either way, I'm glad I was there to experience it! Next up: 7/11/03 at Tweeter Chicago for Richie's birthday!

Someone said that the OWN shows were short. Milton Keynes 2001 was over 3 hrs and absolutely rocked. Awesome show. I have to say that looking at the sets for the American shows so far isn't very encouraging. I hope they do start to do longer sets with more than just the one encore.

what i think they are doing is plan the show depending on the place. let me explain: if they play in tokyo dome, or in milton keynes or in same place they consider 'special', they do longer shows that in the other places. take a look at the past gigs, and the longer shows are more or less in the same places...

i hope to have in madrid (and in europe too) at least 2.5 hours... i need it!!!
