I don't like or dislike them, but I do think they are a necessary break so that we can cool down from all the jumping and dancing that we do!!!!!

1 or 2 per show is enough.....maybe 3 every now and then but not very often

Of course they should play them! If the goal is to please the audience, they must include some ballads because many of those near 100 million records sold were on the strength of ballads. The only mystery to me is that Bad Name never gets ditched from the setlist and Always, the biggest in their career prior to IML, is rarely played. The ballads help balance the flow and make for a better, more rounded, show.

I voted for no - I want to go crazy and rock the night away... Altho, an occasional I'll be there for you, or even Bed of Roses is ok, but not every concert, and no more than 1 per concert for me. I'm afraid that when they play ballads, I will go all sentimental and start crying, it's been known to happen...

Of course they should play ballads. A large part of their career is based on ballads. It's nice to have some "down" time during a show too.
