Not good. If you are in the fanclub there is maybe a chance. Matt gave out on-stage-wristbands at a couple of shows to fanclub members, for example in Leipzig and Hamburg. It maybe depends on how many VIP packages got sold.

Another chance is maybe a contest. Sometimes there are contests before the show where you have to send a text to a specific phone No. and you can win on-stage-wristbands. Otherwise there is no chance. I never experienced that wristbands were given out to people here in Europe. I heard that this sometimes happens in the US but not here in Europe.
