Default small photo cameras in Wembley arena?

Does anyone know how strict the people from the Wembley arena are when it comes to small photo cameras? I'm not talking about professional cameras, they are of course forbidden.

Is it worth it to take one with me or is it very sure they take it away? Until now I always get my camera into a venue but I don't know how it is in England.

yours
Christine

If security find a camera on you they'll probably take the film out of it - so make sure you hide it well!!

Thanks. I think it's worth it to give it a try . As long as they only take the film but not the camera I could live with it.

I think they're as strict as anyone else (i.e: no bottle caps, cameras etc..)

However I'm sure you can think of a way to sneak a small disposable camera in.

The security isn't allowed to take out your film. All they can do is take away your camera and gave it back at the end of the show.

I always took camera's with me and they never took them away. For wembely I gonna give it a try too.

Love Marijke

Wouldn't that be a complete chaos, giving cameras back after the show???

At Jon's solo show in Hamburg 1997 they took away the cameras, even one-way-cameras, and put them in a big box. After the show you could search it in the box and when you got luck you got your camera back. Thank God they didn't find mine.

If I were able to go (which unfortunatly I'm not) I'd just take a disposable camera in. That's what I've always done at concerts and just hide it away, wrap it in something, what ever it takes you've gotta get some photos of the show!

I am going to get my camera in anyway it's a 125 zoom. You can take amazing pics with it and I am going to try it again.

About taking away camera's they supossed to give your camera a number and you the same so you can pick them up afterwards.

I've just received my tickets for the Sept 7th event. :P & it says on the back that the use of cameras and recording equipment are not allowed. Hence if u r gonna bring a camera - make sure u hide it well.
