No you shouldn't be allowed to ****ing smoke. At Coventry last year this girl and her dad were smoking like chimneys and they were right in front of me and the smoke was just pouring into me throughout the whole ****ing gig. I don't even think they were there to see the band, they were just smoking.

****ing bastards

(Yeah, it really annoyed me as you can tell)

Are you sure Tico had a fag in his mouth during this Tour?

Only Keith Richards got fined last year for smoking at The O2.

D'you think about maybe asking them politely to stop?

I'm too shy I know I don't seem it on here but in real life I have zero confidence around people who aren't my family or very close friends. I'm one of them people who if gets offended multiple times by someone who doesn't know they're doing it won't tell them and just put up with it.

However if that girl or her dad are on here then I'd like to call them wankers. Haha what you gonna do now eh? Virtual punch me?! Haha. Oh my, hope they aren't going to the same gig as me this year now..

Southampton had a dedicated smoking area inside the stadium behind the GA area. My mate smokes and went twice during the concert (before BJ came on) and said it was packed.

Tico sure was smoking. Had a few really good shots on the big screens at Southampton with a fag hanging from his mouth

Haha, hilarious. You're stood in a location where there's hundreds of people who will breathe in your smoke and you're telling me it's not going to affect people's health? The only way it could be worse if if you hooked them up to mask and pumped the stuff in.

All of this is besdies the point, the reason it's been banned is because it's the law. You can't smoke in anything that's remotely classed as a closed space, as this obviously is.

If we want to talk about everyones health. Do we suggest concerts venues stop selling Alcohol. Healthwise, 1 pint of lager is just as bad for your liver as 1 cigarette is for your lungs.

I don't want to see any health conscious non smokers, drinkin and enjoying themselves at the gigs.

you know, you're being a bit sanctimonious and preachy...like you'll have never broken a law in your life (and btw, though I smoke, I never have at a gig since the ban came in force.)

Do you drive a car? I don't, and have ppl's exhaust fumes in my face everyday but I'm not going off on a rant about that.

On the subject of joints...smoking ban or no smoking ban...it's not going to stop anyone smoking a bit of weed, and good on 'em. That's rock'n'roll.

I, and thousands of others at the gigs, have the choice of whether or not to have a drink. If somebody lights up next to me and blows smoke in my face, I have absolutely no choice but to inhale it. That's the difference.

Where's the rant? It's illegal to smoke in confined spaces. More than that, it's rude to smoke whilst standing in a group of people who don't want to smell the smoke.
