Yes, I'm 100% sure it's right. Your bootleg is wrong, or you're mixing Something For The Pain up with another song. Live From London is completely available in Soundboard quality, and this was the set for that night:

Setlist:
1. Livin' On A Prayer
2. You Give Love A Bad Name
3. Wild In The Streets
4. Keep The Faith
5. Blood On Blood
6. Always
7. I'd Die For You
8. Blaze Of Glory
9. Runaway
10. Dry County
11. Lay Your Hands On Me
12. I'll Sleep When I'm Dead
~ Jumpin' Jack Flash
13. Bad Medicine
14. Shout

Encore 1:
15. Bed Of Roses
16. Hey God
17. These Days

Encore 2:
18. Rockin' All Over The World
19. I Don't Like Mondays

Encore 3:
20. Wanted Dead Or Alive
21. Stranger In This Town
22. Someday I'll Be Saturday Night
23. This Ain't A Love Song

Edit: I see which bootleg it's coming from, you've probably downloaded it from somewhere, right? Your bootleg has 3 CD's. This Wembley show fits on 2 CD's.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan
Oh right, any idea what the boot I have is, then? (it has all those songs on, i think)

They've never pulled of a version of Something For The Pain either that worked, and there's no way the Jon can do the verses of Fear properly, let alone the chorusses.

I agree that they should play a few more songs from the nineties, but there aren't that many hits he can still sing in the original key. In These Arms is downtuned 1,5 key compared to the studio version, and Jon still is incapable of singing it like it's done on the record. The chances of getting the "baaaaaaaaaaaaby" like on the chorus are second to none.

Not that many people now this but when the band plays Never Say Goodbye live nowadays, the band does it in E, instead of C. That's a lot of downtuning.

Sebastiaan
The original isnt in C though? Plus if it was in E it would be ABOVE the original.

Even the new songs aren't played in the original key so what's the difference?? Next to that it was said in comparision of always.
I don't give too much about that, as long as its done 200% it will be good anyway - and I don't mind the whole band doing the chorus of Fear - Jon skips the chorus of Bad name sometimes, he already did that in 89

SFTP was played in 1996 (at least in Nuremberg where I was back then). And it is on the Yokohama Bootleg also. I didnt say it was played in 1995 but in 1995/1996 - so how about reading ?????. The surely didn't play it at Wembley as the TD CD was only out for a week back then.

I know they aren't done live in the original key, but they just tune down the instruments half a step, so they still play the original arrangements. In These Arms is tuned down and arranged to another key, just as Never Say Goodbye, which results in another song. In These Arms is now played in D, and doesn't sound as heavy as it did when it was still in E.

And he does so because the crowd sings the chorus anyway. He can't do that with Fear, and this would sound pathetic. It'd be like hearing the chorus of Prayer with nothing but backing vocals.

SO another stupid post - AGAIN!
That point doesn't matter, SFTP was being played way before the TD cd was even released in a slightly different version.

You were talking about how it sounded awesome in 1995/1996, meaning that you heard it both of those years, and now you say you've only seen them play the song in 1996 in Nuremberg, so why would you bring up 1995 anyway? How would you know how awesome the song sounded in 1995 then?

These Days was only a week out back when they played Wembley and they still played 3 songs from it on the final night. So this theory of them not playing it live because These Days just had been released makes no sense.

No that wasn't your initial point. Your point was to point me to answering this question by saying that I've heard bootlegs, so you could come up with a reply like "A superstupid and his jerking off to bootlegs again". However, I knew why you posted it in the first place and didn't post the post you wanted me to post.

Yet listen to One Wild Night live. The song doesn't work live. Just like it doesn't work live on the Yokohama bootleg. Whoops! Did I say bootleg? Yeah, that can't be possible, right? Judging how a song works by listening to a bootleg.

Live albums must be really worthless to you.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan
