I'd rather see the same setlist every night than see one city get 27/28 songs with loads of rarities and another city getting 20 songs with the usual songs played.

The tour should be renamed "Because we have to"

I've heard loads of bands stating recently they cant make money making albums now due to illegal downloads etc and they have to keep touring pay the staff.

Metallica were the latest band to say this, it was Kirk Hammett in a recent interview saying that Metallica couldn't afford not to do the European festival circuit every summer. 3 Doors Down said something similar prior to last year they had visited the UK once then we get them twice if 8 months.

Anyway I'm hoping for a Scottish date (some wee rumours kicking about Bon Jovi will open the new Hydro arena in Glasgow). if not I will be heading down to London.

i have absolutely no expections when it comes to either the album or the tour. my expectations regarding this band have been in a sort of numb zone for quite some time now. and this reluctance to what they are able to deliver works well for me cause i almost always end up getting pleasantly surprised. this is especially true regarding the albums and not so much the tours. i've always loved the shows i attended.

i did 3 shows for the first time last year. one of the things i took under consideration was this so called "hiatus". so i'm slightly pissed off that they're coming back with a new album and tour in less than 2 years. as of now, i have no desire to travel anywhere to see them. therefore i sincerely hope they come to Portugal. if they don't, i may very well skip this one. i'm not too fussed about setlists to be honest. as long as they don't play WFTWM in my show, i'll more than likely be fine with it.

Not an expectation, but I want 1927 to be the support act in Australia.

And I could reiterate what has already been said and will be said again... but there's plenty of time for that.

I suppose we are lucky that they rotate the set quite a bit. My main gripe is the predictability of the whole show. Bad name 2nd, playing shit like who says, we got it going on and CC every night, tired versions of ITA, BTBMB. The circle stage was a missed opportunity, would have loved to have heard acoustic versions of classics, not hallelujah every other night.

To me they should rip up the setlist and start again, get on twitter JBJ and find out what the real fans wants. And by that I don't mean the rich backstagers paying 2 grand for front row tickets, I'm sure they wouldn't mind if Jon burped the alphabet aslong as he was shaking his ass and smiling at them.

*Shudders* Lol I can't just imagine what the response would be like on twitter. ''ZOMG play Bad Name! Play Who Says zomg i luv dat songggg JonIwantyourbabiesx47''

Then BJ management would release a statement saying that, being a band of the people and for the people, Jon has graciously agreed to play these requests and is working hard rehearsing them as we speak, as well as something about 2,700 concerts in over 50 countries for more than 35 million fans etc.

God, didn't I take my happy pills this morning? whoops

-Who Says. Not a hit in Europe. Should only be played in the U.S..

-Lost Highway, is not a hit, can be replaced by a new song.

-Runaway should always be in the set list, the song is 30 years.

-Born to be my baby should be out of the set list, we need to forget about it.

-Captain Crash play less often.

-They need a new opener strongly vibrant. No Blood On Blood.

I agree with most of that, apart from Runaway being a staple. BTBMB is one of my fave BJ songs but has become boring live. I'd love to see them open the encore with a short acoustic version. Same with IML, just change it slightly.

Agree about the opener, after the reception Get Ready got in Lisbon I reckon it'd make a perfect opener.
