Everyone keeps asking about 2016 tour. Check back in a couple months.

do you mean Jon's brother knows more than the fans ? (or is <most> meaning someone else in the Jovi camp ?) Of course, Matt knows more than the fans- as the fans know nothing, they just speculate - it doesn't mean he really gives away any special info though.
This is very vague message - typical answer where you can read what you want to read .... he tells the fans asking to check back at the end of 2015 (or later ? does <couple> means 2 or more) but he doesn't say anything on what info we will get in 2 months.
Can they plan a tour based on the band popularity solely (not waiting for the new album impact) - lately I am totally off and expect stuff that are absolutely not happening so who knows ...but don't they need time to sell a tour even in arenas - I cannot see a tour happening before Mid 2016 then what part of the world will they tour first ? I doubt it will be europe
I also think they need to cut down the tickets price and tour smaller venues in various places - no more 6 shows in Toronto and 3 shows in Chicago they would have to indulge the smaller cities to become popular -they would need to flatter the audience to pick their interest - one way to do that is to VISIT small places
Yes venues like Shepherd Bush or Hammersmith Apollo in London are nice venues but it is so small - to make the amount of money they were used to make in such small venues they will need to tour extensively in small venues and everywhere and somehow I doubt they can do that-
but like I said I am wrong all the time so they will do exactly the opposite of what I imagine
