I guess it would depend if there will be a meet up before one of the shows. I know I have no desire to sit through Train. I would say an hour before the start of the show.

It's a highway that runs the length of New Jersey. When traffic is moving, great . . . but when it isn't, UGH! And since it is a toll road, one pays for the privilege of driving (or sitting) on the turnpike.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Jersey_Turnpike

I'm flying into Philadelphia and renting a car for the shows this month, so I'll be taking the turnpike to/from northern Jersey on the Sundays before and after the shows. Fortunately, I won't be "one of the idiots" trying to get TO the shows on it!

I think bus probably be better for returning
During U2 concert last yr there was delay of 2 hrs as there were 20,000 fans
waiting to go home and trains can only accommodate 10,000 ppl per hour

There were definitely problems for the U2 shows, but those were the first concerts after train service started. The people that I talked to after the Bruce shows later in the year didn't have the same problems.

For me the bus is cheaper and less travel time.

More Giants help please....

I have to pick up tickets when there, does anyone know how early the ticket office will open for us folk outside the USA?

Sorry, just making the journey from the UK alone and despite BA cabin crew's strikes, it looks like I'm gonna make it!

Thanks for any advice
