Very nice setlist sounds like a great show. NSG is a new one for Europe.

Kidding about what part??? that it was a good setlist??? It was. That the acoustic Never Say Goodbye was making it's first appearance on the European tour??? It is. So to answer your question, No I wasn't kidding.

Hey

I liked the concert. The setlist was nice and the band was in a pretty good mood.
One thing I didn't like that much about the gig was Jons performance. Maybe I'm the only one, but I had the impression that he wasn't very active this evening. In fact he seemed very tired and passive. He hardly moved and took the way across the bridges just once. His voice sounded rather good but not brilliant. What I was very disappointed about was that he skipped almost every high note. The only song that he performed really brilliantly was Bad Medicine/ Shout (!!!). Sounds funny, but though I don't really like BM usually to me this was simply one of the best songs of the evening along with I'll be there for you and Never say goodbye.

I think Never say goodbye was NOT planned to be played. After the encores Jon was the only one to stay on stage, watching a girl who was holding up a poster with "never say goodbye" on it. So he said "come on, bring me my acoustic" .... Richie came out again, too, and they played Never say goodbye on their scoustic guitars,... and it was SO perfect

Unhappy

There are suggestions on Backstage that Jon may have picked up a cold, so maybe that was why he was more subdued than normal?!

Stuttgart was the best show ever. Jon was in a great mood and i totally canīt agree that he wasnīt moving that much. it was hard getting good shots with the camera cos he was so active. He didnīt use the ramp that much thatīs true but he never really used it at all concerts. So Stuttgart for me was the best show iīve seen so far. better than Düsseldorf, Koblenz, Dublin and Hessisch Lichtenau and my friends who went to munich told me that munich wasnīt as good as stuttgart and that lots of fans who skipped stuttgart regret it.
He changed his outfit several times and he looked great. His voice was perfect and i donīt think that he catched a cold. the only thing iīve seen is that he had some problems with his back at the end of the show but thatīs all.
The setlist was amazing and NSG was just unbelievable. just richie, jon and the guitars. PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
