Default Support acts for summer-tour USA announced

From Backstage:

BON JOVI SUMMER TOUR: SUPPORT ACTS
(Thursday, April 10, 2003)

OK, So here's the scoop on the OPENING ACTS for the newly announced BON JOVI TOURDATES in JULY and AUGUST. For St. Paul, Toronto, Detroit, Boston, Pittsburgh, Philly, DC, Columbus, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Saratoga Springs and Hartford the GOO GOO DOLLS will be on the bill. And, for the big stadium shows in Boston, Detroit and Philadelphia, SHERYL CROW will also be on the bill!!! These are going to be amazing summer nights! (Information on Chicago, Alpine Valley and Giants Stadium will follow.)

It's a pity that Sheryl isn't in Hartford where I probably will be beside Giants. But maybe we got luck and she will come to Giants.

Boring support acts. We here in Europe can be happy with: Live and 3 Doors Down. At least they rock

LOL. On another messageboard (not Backstage) someone answered that we get the crap and the USA get Sheryl Crow. He had the totally opposite opinion than you.

Would be amazing to see Sheryl open for Bon Jovi - she is great!

I would love to see Sheryl Crow. That makes flying to Boston more appealing. I was thinking of driving to Cincinatti, but don't really care about seeing the GGDs again. I wasn't impressed the first time. Wow.. they're actually having decent opening acts lately.

Three Doors Down would be a good one to see on a bill with Bon Jovi too.

Yes they are. I really like the Goos but I'd rather see either of those bands than the Goos yet again.

I'd be so happy just to be able to see one of the summer shows that I wouldn't care who was opening for them.
