The most annoying concert behavior is when the lead the evil devil frontman of a band fires the innocent, broken lead guitar player.

Funny, was just coming in to say that to me the most annoying concert behavior is when the guitar player throws a hissy fit and can't just deal with it (whatever it is unless its life threatening illness) and play for his fans and not let them down AGAIN.
