The version on the box set is the original version, the version on Have A Nice Day is rocked up so the song could be played in concerts. Jon was very fond of the lyrics and wanted to spread his opinion about the subject of there being no more real artists, but there was no way the original version would go down well, hence the lame version on Have A Nice Day.

Sebastiaan

LMS on the HAND album may be lame in your opinion Seb but IMO it's one of the best rock tracks released since KTF. To play on guitar, it has so much energy and the solo is just perfect. Can't say one negative thing about it really except perhaps that it suffers lyrically as have all of their post-These Days songs.

There's nothing wrong with the music, it's the vocals that make it a lame rock song. If it would've had vocals in a key that would suit the song, there'd be nothing wrong with it, but in the way it is now it comes across as lame. Hearing a killer riff and then not hearing any excitement in the singer's voice takes away all the power the song could've had.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

I was so excited when I saw that Lay Your Hands on Me was rehearsed, then I saw it was the TLFR version Why don't these guys know how to rock anymore. I thought Jon could still sing these songs perfectly on the OWN tour.

Keep the Faith & One Wild Night would also help, but

This isn't an official list, it's just one Seb came up with

I did the fanclub backstage tour on Friday at Twickenham and took photos of the list of the 73 rehearsed songs.

The song list details which guitar Jon needs for each song.

Its Hard Letting You Go was on there..
