Bringing the thread back to focus...'The Distance' is one of the best songs on Bounce - it really shines live also. It would be nice to see back in the set list.

Never liked it, it wouldn't bother me if I never heard anything off Bounce ever again. I thought the song Bounce was good on record and should have been a single but it bombed a bit live as did Undivided which was another favourite. I haven't seen Joey live but I liked that on the album and Hook Me Up could have been alright but the production was awful, it sounded as weak as piss. The Distance is crap though!

The Distance was a superb song that was great live on the Bounce Tour and should be added into the HAND tour at some point. The lyrics are quite excellent if I say so myself and Richie's guitar work throughout is pure quality.

i didnt think it fit in to be honest

it was very unexpected to me, i used to skip the song when i played the album so when they played it live i thought it was a misfit and was only relevent to the US plus the fact that the sound was awful at manchester made it seem worse

in my opinion manchester could have been a disasted because of the poor sound qulity only the bands superb performance and effort pulled it through

just my opinion before i get ripped

The sound quality was fine at Manchester. I was there and saw it with my own eyes and heard it with my own ears. Undivided is a well written song all be it off a weak album in my opinion, and it sounded similar live than it did on the record.
