I'm pretty sure they also played "Get Ready" in the 90s.

Interesting nonetheless - Price Of Love was never played live? Bummer.

I show them playing it every show from 11/28/88 to 12/15/88 but then never again. This was part of the Jersey Tour. I could certainly be wrong, I have a couple of thousand setlists from 1978-2006 but I don't have them all. If anybody know of a later playing, let me know please.

Well, right now I only got this one: http://www.drycounty.com/content/reviews/review663.html

Get Ready - 9/10 Pretty cool tune, though. The boys liked this one - they played it on KTF tour too!
Anyway, I never understood why this one was played so often live whereas great songs such as Burning For Love and Hardest Part Is The Night were rare even in the 80s.

NEVER played the Price of Love? that REALLY suprises me... I REALLY hope the band will pull a Def Leppard in the near future and decide to re-visit their earliest songs because it should be obvious that almost half his crowd on future tours will be diehards at this point in his career... none of the other 'never played live' songs suprise me (I certainly don't want to here 'Into the Fire') but dammit, I'd pay triple normal ticket price to hear Price of Love...

I just LOVE the song Love Lies. And I never heard it and now I see why. I first saw them in the summer of 1985. Thanks for the list. Very interesting.

They really don't like the first two albums do they. I'd love to hear Silent Night. I know it's melodramatic but I have always loved it for its gut wrenching emotion. Most of us can relate to those lyrics no matter how old we get. Perhaps it's too personal for Jon to sing anymore.

I agree Kathleen. I've actually heard all of the band members at one time or another say that they simply do NOT like the 7800 record so......I guess hell will freeze over before we hear anything (other than Tokyo Road in Japan) from that one again.

I read an interview with David once where he actually laughed about the idea of playing any of the old songs

if I can find it, I'll post that chunk

(cue me on the big screen) JBJ: "How good have you been? Oh My God!" (laughs, more teasing) JBJ: "You want it huh, you want it huh? Blood on Blood just for you, the good girl in the front row? The all request hour, the girl in the front row has just asked for Blood on Blood, ok, Merry Christmas young lady!" Amazing <3
