I am just not able to believe that they would skip neither Wanted nor Prayer. It seems like every time the band or its member performs anywhere, these songs are always there. I wouldn't mind missing Wanted, but I guess it's just regarded as something that cannot be left out. I also remember Jon saying that Prayer is certain, and reading that there was a time when he started Wanted by saying "please rise for our anthem", which tells a lot about the importance of these songs.

I guess the third song will be either It's My Life or Who Says. I believe in the first one although Grammy winner would deserve its place.

Agreed. Forget about the notion that Jon wouldn't want to do two songs from the same album because the hall ain't going to give a crap, whether Jon likes it or not those hits off Slippery got them to the heights.

If I'm not mistaken, it debuted last Saturday. I believe Richie played it in the kickoff show. It had the Jersey Star, and the one he played originally is in the BJ exhibit.

Regardless, I agree that Wanted will (or should) be played. Jon has done it solo more than any other song, it's the reason SWW was the first hard rock album to have 3 top 10 hits, it's the longest-running number one video of all time on MTV, it's been on at least 7 or 8 movie/TV soundtracks, and in most polls (reader or critic), it is 2nd only to LOAP.

My guess for the 3 songs is still LOAP, WDOA, and IML.

Oh hmmmm. I thought I read somewhere it was debuting Saturday but it could be an old tweet shooting a million holes in my theory. Dang!

Becky confirmed the original 5 won't be playing and will be Richie and Alec with the current line up so I don't see anything post 2005+ being played. Because Alec is there for all I really see Prayer, Wanted and IML. With two bass lines?

"What will make Bon Jovi’s post-award performance that night so bracing is the risk that the band may take. “We know that we could do ‘You Give Love a Bad Name,’ ‘Livin’ on a Prayer’ or ‘Wanted Dead or Alive,’ but they’re hardly representative of our career – that’s just one album,” he says of 1986’s 12 times platinum release Slippery When Wet. “But no band has ever come into the award ceremony on the heels of a Number One album and a Top Ten single,” he says pointing out 2017’s This House is Not for Sale’s recent reentry atop the Billboard album charts, and its single, “When We Were Us,” in the singles charts. “I am considering doing one of the new songs and that is something that’s just not done. It’s not as if I am pushing that – BUT – if I wanted to do that, I might.”"

prayer and wanted should be there for sure imo
the safe thrird choise would be iml. i guess jon will want lost highway or who says or sth like that but these songs arent hof material at all.
i d like a surprise like ktf or blood on blood or anything as long as it represents them fairly.
its time for celebration, lets all be positive and hope for a performance that is fair to their history as a great live band.

ps1. this house is not for sale is a possible choise unfortunately.

ps2. when we were us if had richie and alec involved i could like it i guess.

ps3. i dont know how the stage set up and the band set up will be BUT i believe phil x and john shanks should absolutely be in the shadows if at all at that stage. even them i guess realise Bj achieved all these great things before them and the moment should be shared among jon richie david tico hugh and alec..i hope jon realises this and not try prove that now they are better etc etc. i hope jon chooses wisely and give the credits where they belong
