So in order to be next to Kathleen and you we'd all have to let one person buy the tickets? Silly yanks.

That's shit, because I'll need to know a little bit more about the European tour before I'm coming over and the ticket sale starts pretty soon. Hrmpf.

Yeah, sorry for being the Debbie Downer but that's how it is and I guess it's important to know before you purchase any tickets. I wish it was different too.

It's merely the fact that because of the O2 thing they don't want to release the rest of the dates for Europe but want to get everyone to the O2. If they release all the dates for Europe now it's a lot easier to see how much everything will cost me. Otherwise I might have to buy a ticket that I can sell to someone who would like to go in my place in case I can't make it because of it being so expensive everywhere.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

Anyone know how much the Giants is gonna cost? Roughly? I am starting to worry whether I'll get a ticket what with the presales starting Monday. Is it still worth seeing the show even from the highest tier?

The prices quoted on Ticketmaster are $66.00 - $150.00. There will be additional fees, of course, but no way to know about them until they're on sale.

This is a new stadium. No one's been to a concert in it, so we can't really know what it's like from the seats in the sky. Personally, I wouldn't choose to spend the money to travel a long distance and then be up there. If I'm going to go to that much trouble and expense, I'd want a better seat.

Here's an aerial shot of the old and new stadiums. Those of you who have been to Giants might be able to get an idea of the difference that way. From being there for Bruce a few weeks ago, it seems to me that the new stadium is taller. I'll see if I can find a photo from ground level.

This shows the height difference a little bit. It looks like they weren't done with the top of the new one yet, and it already looks higher that the top tier at Giants.

The new stadium is huge in comparison to the old one. And Alana is correct Seb - if we want seats together we need to buy them together UNLESS there is a GA area. At this point I have no clue if there is a GA area - but there should be. There was in 2006.
