Looking at the (completely vanilla, of course) setlist, if they would put WLOL between Amen and Bed Of Roses, it might work much better than where it is currently next to Lost Highway at beginning of show.

There really is no hope anymore for these setlists though...I don't care about show length, but every show should have at least ONE rarity played, give each city something special. I don't get his logic, and never will.

YUP. A good reason why LH and WLOL back dont work is because anyone who hasn't been to multiple shows won't know them so why create a lull like that? At least put a hit between them.

Thanks man btw, Thierry - what made you think of this as an autopilot show? I've been watching videos of this show and haven't noticed anything exceptional. Jon still was a great frontman, the crowd was good, and while the setlist was extremely vanilla, the level of the performances themselves didn't really differ from previous nights (which have been pretty good in terms of energy and intensity). Did Jon seem indifferent or something? Judging by the videos and this audio recording, I don't think this show was nearly as bad (performing-wise) as the 2011 one, for example.

I have to say this was a decent show but of course I have been to better.

I did not realise the roof would be closed and that added to the atmosphere. I think I noticed a couple blips but that does not bother me as it just shows its live and the band are human. The band were very solid, Jon was in good form and the band seem to enjoy it. I was front of stage and the crowd loved it

What probably pissed me off the most was the setlist, its just so predictable now, every word out of Jon's mouth is choreographed to get the same reaction but then again only a number of people are crazy enough to go to multiple shows

Wow, watching the whole Düsseldorf show, it seems you guys got the better show/vocal performance. Maybe Jon pushed himself too hard, but in Munich he sang worse than in this one...

I agree. Actually, I even think that Düsseldorf got a better setlist than Munich... a shitty performance of These Days doesn't make a setlist/show decent when the rest of the set doesn't contain Bed Of Roses, Blood On Blood, Saturday Night etc. Düsseldorf got the first two plus IML sung very decently for the period IN A ROW, and Jon even had enough gas in the tank to pull off an okay performance of I'll Be There For You in the encore, whereas he absolutely butchered it in Munich. So yeah, I think it's easy to say which show was better on those aspects.

Agreed. BOR was sorely missed by the girls I went with, as well

Yeah, the thing with those two shows as an example makes Jon's vocal problems all the more obscure. There were shows early on in the European tour where I thought "ok, that was it, he's completely blown out his voice now for sure", and then next gig was more than decent, and then there's the other way around with the 2 shows in Germany. So it's a constant up and down, maybe Düsseldorf helped, because it was quasi indoors, who knows? At least it gives me a tiny bit of hope that he can improve further, though I'm afraid that not even the mid 2013 level is attainable, but maybe close to that. Or give me Jon like in Düsseldorf for the last 5-10 years of his career, and I'll gladly go
