Isn’t it showtime? I was hoping for a live feed.

Thinny should know. He'll be backstage with his bag of old laminates.

Dude, I thought Coverdale's voice was bad. I'm entitled to that opinion. Get over it!

You thought Leppard were a joke, I though they were great, but I'm not crying over the fact you didn't!!?

If they play at the sime time as in other European countries, it's still about 3 hours till showtime.

Calm down. You're making a scene.

When you see them they sound like Def Leppard. Joe Elliott still sounds like Joe Elliott. So you feel you're getting the real McCoy if you're a fan.

Bon Jovi are a different breed. More successful but with a singer whose voice has just not held up anywhere near what it was in the 80s or 90s. Nevertheless, they continue to produce a lot more new music and fill stadiums. Maybe it boils down to Jon having whiter teeth.

I understand that their albums sound polished and that should be translated into their live performances somewhat but I just felt that it sounded too clean and too polished.

Live performances have to have something else to them to set them apart from the record or else what's the point?

Muse for example have very polished and layered albums but their live performances are littered with little improvisations and it sounds bigger live than on record.

Def Leppard just went though the motions. I was thoroughly unimpressed. If that's some people's cup of tea then so be it but I thought Whitesnake made them look very mundane.

I did have a good laugh when the guitarist came out with his bare oily chest though.

Def Leppard on stage at 7pm local time (so one hour to go) UK time 6pm

So I guess Bon Jovi will be on about 8.30/9pm local time? Not sure how long Leppard are being given, but I would expect at least an hour!

I don't mention all of that much on here as it would come across at bragging, which I'm not into, but when someone decides to call me out as a bullshitter, well.....

But honestly, couldn't care less what you believe. Not sure why you have such a problem with someone having a different opinion to you...
What exactly is it you do mate.. I'm interested.. Looks cool what ever it is

I'm honestly surprised a band like Def Leppard even agreed to open for Bon Jovi.
