They have done so on rare occasions in the past, but it's very expensive and in Mannheim, they didn't let anybody play there for eight years or so after Bon Jovi had extended their limit for over 20 minutes in 2003. And Springsteen once actually had the power pulled off after extending his show in Hyde Park.

I know that, but I think they have gone past the curfew more than once. Can't Remeber which shows though.
