And Help wasn't played since Alec's departure and for a good reason. That song lived from the band's outstanding harmonies - especially Richie, Jon and Alec.

Did they ever do The Beatles version of With a Little Help or was it always Cocker's arrangement? I think that's the only one I've heard them do.
(And, no, this line-up doesn't have the vocal blend to carry off any of those close harmonies, imo. But if Bobby and the KOS were with them, they
could possibly pull off Sgt. Pepper.)
