Always, maybe? Regardless of bonjovi90 saying that he has a feeling Jon has dropped the song out because of it being so taxing on his voice, I think the guy would've ditched it much earlier already if it were the reason. Also, if they weren't going to play it at any point of the tour, it wouldn't even be an audible.
