But take the first verses for example - it's been a long time that he didn't whisper his way through it, especially when switching techniques in the "on a steel horse I ride" line. Yes, it did worsen during the song (or actually one or two songs before Wanted), but that was near the end of the show. Which leads me to hope he's not doing more damage to himself by pushing so hard, but that's another story...
