I think a lot of people have had shock this morning, including me!
I was even thinking last night that maybe the pit tickets would be £200 ( no way did I think that £200 were going to be the regular floor seats) and if I would go for them!!

When I logged in and saw £200 I nearly didn't get a ticket at all cause I was so annoyed.
They seem to of reduced prices for the US dates that are already up compared to other tours and must have hiked ours up to make up for it.

So much for all Jon's interviews about his inspiration for many songs on the album has come from the last year and the financial crisis and how he feels for everyone! Yeah right..

Not even the Michael Jackson tickets were priced anywhere near that...

OK rant over...

Eventually (after much "Blueroom" related stress) got tickets in Block 110 for the Friday night, which I am very happy with. Was in Block 108 for opening night and had a great view and great time, so really looking forward to next June!

That isn;t entirely true re Jackson. I think the closest you could get on the floor was about row S in the A-block at the advertised price of £75. Anything in front of that (I think) had to be bought in the VIP packages for close to £800 (and the same in the lower tiers, there were alot only sold as "VIP packaes"). They also shovelled about 1,000 tickets a show off to Viagogo to further scalp their own seats (something which is no doubt going on with Jovi as well).

Where are your seats? If you got 112 they are great seats.

They usually have seats behind the stage for the US gigs, I can remember looking on youtube last year to see what the view would be like from back there, it wasn't the best to be honest, but if your on the side you'll have a good view, I think 113 should be pretty good too.

What really hurts is the fact that a few friends who've never seen them before would've come along with us this year.. but with the ticket prices and more importantly the whole seated layout; there's absolutely zero chance of us all going to see jovi together.

Unhappy

Its is a really sad day for Bon Jovi fans. 17 years of following the band and this is the reward you get. For the first time ever I havnt bought a BJ ticket when they have gone on sale.

Jon I hope you enjoy the prawn sandwich brigade in front of the stage thanks for nothing.

My thoughts exactly. Iv wanted to take my little sister for years no way can she afford that and i cant afford to buy her a ticket. How do casual fans afford these prices?!!!

reading on backstage i dont think that many are prepared to pay these prices either. I thought it was AEG and O2 that made up these prices but reading on BS it really does appear as though it is Jon and Matt that came up with these prices

It def is Russ. Prince played at the 02 and charged everyone less than £30, even MJ only charged £50 a ticket. And yes it is Jon, he is the businessman here and most likely why he was in London recently.
