I'd like to be able to experience the acoustic gigs too -- ON THIS CONTINENT, without having to fly across the Atlantic to see them.

Granted, if the band came here now (or within the next few months) for a handful of acoustic promo gigs in, say, Germany and the UK, I probably couldn't afford to travel even that far. But at least more European fans would be able to see and hear the band in acoustic form then, and the whole acoustic thing wouldn't just be an exclusive treat for the US fans.

Good Lord. Do you EVER shut up?!?! You have to absolutely complain about everything. Diamond Ring in Columbus...opening with Heroes in Indy...the band came out and started playing, with Jon singing backstage...then he came out and sat down. The crowd response to the acoustic set at the 2 shows was impressive. I expected a more low key response. Last night the band was on fire in Indy. A perfect show from start to finish. Too bad you aren't able to attend any acoustic. Columbus and Indy were incredible.

If I hadn't heard it a million times that Mary Beth supposedly only posts under the same old nick everywhere, I might just be willing to bet that this is another one of Ms Board Queen's aliases... But I'm trying to believe that there would be even just a hint of honesty in MB and take her word for it when she's said she only posts under the nick Mary Beth.

Good lord, you have pissed off more people in the Bon Jovi community than just Mary Beth - believe me.

And no, you're wrong. Plenty of things have been more than good enough for me, even on this tour. David singing the first verses of In These Arms, Diamond Ring wherever it was, Lola in Manchester and HP, various band members acknowledging me from stage, etc etc etc. The only disappointment for me was the repetitive set lists...

Get over it already. Accept it and move on. Don't you have other things in your life to worry about than hearing the same song a few times?
You know what Anu when the next tour comes along we are ALL going to be subject to your whining again, your stressing over tickets, making sure your front row etc etc, and you know what I'll be the first to throw it in your face when it does happen, just to show you how dumb your looking. So all this is a waste of breath on your behalf, your so full of hot air it's not funny. Put your money where your mouth is and stop going to shows if they bore you so much.

I suppose I would've survived just fine without all that extra cr*p that went on in the fan circles during the tour.
Now I don't know exactly what went on, or what your talking about here (Nor do I care all that much) but if your talking about Bitching that may have gone on about you during the tour - I have two words for you "self" and "Inflicted"

Has Jon been mentioning the acoustic album at the shows? I think he should say something before they start the set...

I wish I had attended an acoustic/electric show this tour. I would die if I heard songs like Something To Believe In and Never Say Goodbye. But I'm happy for those who were able to attend and I hope they do something like this again

I figured these acoustic shows were being recorded and will be used for the album as opposed to the dreadful Yokohama performance. It gave me a bit of hope this might all come out right.

On the other hand some of you are hell bent on it being the Yokohama show or a bunch of studio recordings. All I can say is thank god you aren't managing the band.

I think Jon has mentioned it is going to be all studio recordings.
