Well, to come back to the point: to be realistic, nobody cares about the meaning of a song at the concerts.

I was just ready to copy and paste that. Good for him for being honest at least.

Didn't he say recently that KTF is his favourite song???

Did they really open LSM with Jon singing alone first?
Yes,he said that Keep the faith was his favourite song. And there's not just the KTFalbum-here is These days(I've never heard My Guitar bleeding in my arms,or Hey god,as you said)They're paying more attention on songs like It's my life,"I'm gonna live my life,I just wanna live.shining, rolling" etc. That means-Crush,Bounce,Have a nice day are standard.Of course,If you have luck like SamboraQueen-a chance to express your wishes and that wishes to become real, who knows, maybe they'll play Hey God for you.
And yes, they opened the LSM with Jon singing alone Last man standing,i think.

They HAVE been opening with LMS with Jon in the front of house/mix position. At DC they didn't, thanks to filming for the Sprint live concert thing. He also didn't do BOG from the crowd (but the guitar solo was still awesome).
