Over on Greasy Lake some people are complaining about all the "old stuff" Bruce is playing these days. You can please some of the people some of the time but ............................
Yeah i can't believe how predictable his sets have been. I wouldn't even know where to start making his sets with almost 4 decades of music. Even bon jovi's set i would think would be difficult with so many hits and 3 decades of music just like bruce.

Default back to normal

So as of April 27th it looks like the Unpredictable Tour has gone back to normal as the last few setlists since the infamous night of 'Always', 'OWN' and 'Hey God' have been pure vanilla.

I don't understand why they do this and I also think its not fair for the people to pay the same money across different shows and different cities and get a different experience from the band.
I've paid £180 for two golden circle tickets for Coventry, uk in June and yet I already know that Manchester and Twickenham will probably get more varied sets because historically Manchester always does and Twickenham is the euro showpiece show. I can't get to either of those shows because of work and family but I still feel I should be entitled to the same attitude and effort from the band.

Of course, I know most fans in the stadium at Coventry wont be aware of what the other Euro sets were and are just happy to be there but as a fan of 20 years and 25+ shows the sets mean a lot to me, particularly when I know what other 'gems' have been played elsewhere.

Is it discrimination? It's 'Cityism!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'

I've got no problem with a band responding to a cracking crowd and sticking some extra songs in the encore as a thank you but 'OWN' was about 5th song up the other night so it was a pre-determined decision by Jon rather than a 'what a great crowd, lets toss in 'Blame it On the Love of Rock n Roll' (imagine that!)

My only thought is to maybe ignore the Euro tour setlists - go and have fun at Coventry and then come on here and see what I retrospectively missed.

Might not be a bad idea that!

I'm going to the 2 Twickers shows so hopefully i should see some sort of rarity, but it would be nice not to know the exact order of the first 6-12 songs or so.

By the way, i do think that Always will become semi-regular across Europe
